Exploration Meets Innovation

Our Work Ethic

Original Productions dares to bring captivating and impactful content to the screen, introducing audiences to worlds and walks of life that they otherwise may never experience. A company that thrives on authentic, captivating, and thrilling stories, OP's heart remains in concepts that move through the core of America, while expanding and evolving with societal development and cultural diversity synchronously. From OP, a company where the past influences the future, comes content that captures and entertains, bringing its audience closer to the stories that matter, while keeping previous tried-and-true programming as fresh and compelling as ever.

Diversity, Equity and Inclusion

OP believes in creating a positive work space, one where a diverse group of people can come together as one family. That is why we strive to create a space that is both diverse and inclusive -- a culture that helps us unlock potential across our creative projects, encouraging principles we strive to uphold. OP is striving to lead, not just with the subject of our content, but with a creative staff that is a better reflection of the world in which we live.

Our Planet

We know that we have a responsibility to look after our environment and we aspire to be a leader in sustainable content production. To help achieve this, OP and it's parent company Fremantle have entered into an industry-first partnership with BAFTA’s albert to create a carbon calculator tool for the global television industry and we are using the calculator to measure our current impact and set targets to reduce the carbon footprint of our productions. We are also proudly committed to becoming carbon neutral by 2030.

Original Productions knows no bounds. A company that takes its audiences on journeys, shatters barriers and reshape beliefs. Thrill-seekers at heart, OP looks to foster and inspire the next generation of inquisitive minds through content we produce.

Comfort zones nudge us dangerously towards complacency, and OP is anything but. Consistently working to expand the confines of comfort, and sometimes the laws of physics, OP pushes past the forefront of cinematic scope, filling our content with the the most cutting-edge imagery.

More than just another production company, OP has always been a community, a family, a mentality. When you join, you join a connected global family where everyone has a part to play. A family that fosters creativity and collaboration to bring the most exhilarating content to life. We are an equal opportunities employer and welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds.
