We are actively expanding our vendor network to support diverse ownership, and we have adopted several strategies to achieve this goal. Firstly, we are very intentional about the contractors we engage in our subrental business; we have had increased growth with this initiative. Secondly, we have implemented the use of a specialized database that connects us with diverse production vendors which we now utilize for all our new and existing shows. Lastly, we are collaborating with various companies to cast a wider net for recruitment in our post-production and music house departments.
Our commitment to providing equal business opportunities is expressed through our partnerships, DEI initiatives & actions, and our vendor diversity program. We view our employees, freelancers, suppliers, and vendors as key business partners. Our goal is to ensure that minorities, women, veterans, and LGBTQ+, smaller business, and disabled people have opportunities to offer their product and services to our global family.
This commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion extends from our workforce and continues in our relationships with our vendors. As a global organization, we understand that working with vendors and suppliers of multiple backgrounds and sizes, enhances innovation and creativity.
